Structure.
The Society is administered by a Board of Governors and
a Board of Trustees with the assistance of a Secretariat
and Agents.
Board
of Governors. The administration of the
Society is in the hands of a Board of Governors. It
determines policy between General Meetings.
Board
of Trustees. The administration of the
Society’s overseas programs and financial affairs is
in the hands of a Board of Trustees.
